Kyoto University Faculty and Staff Groupware

As a portal site for faculty and staff, we offer Kyoto university mail for students and researchers(Notes/Domino) , which is available for Kyoto university faculty and staff (excluding part-time lecturers off-campus)with SPS-ID.

It contribute to improve convenience for the faculty and staff and also has lots of functions as well as build an authentication system.

Basic function

  • Single sign-on:
    One click to Activity Database on Education and Research, System for travel expenses, and System for browsing wages, Personnel division.
  • Bulletin board:
    You can browse and post the notice for Faculty and Staff.
  • Circular notice:
    It's available as a way to notify to specific person. Unlike the mail, we can check whose is "read" or "unread".
  • Reservation for facilities:
    We can confirm or reserve the conference room or Rentals without any restriction of place and time.
  • Sharing documents:
    Each documents supposed to be used will be able to be shared.
  • Information from head-office:
    The information on-campus is posted. Many information and the topics for Faculty and Staff are posted. You can reserve Seifuh kaikan, Seifuh soh, and Yoshida izumi dono from here. Also it is posted how to do the presentation of your performance for the research.

※ It's necessary for you to connect university LAN using PPTP connection service offered by KUINS to access into Faculty and Staff Groupware.
