Kyoto University Integrated Network System (KUINS)

Kyoto University Integrated Network Information System (KUINS) is a general term for systems which maintain all campus network. It covers the main parts of the university, from its Yoshida, Uji, and Katsura campuses to remote sites such as Kumatori(Sennan, Osaka), Inuyama(Aichi) and overseas sites where various research facilities are located.
There are two types of KUINS network connection services:
KUINS-II, which consists of global IP addresses, and KUINS-III, which consists of private IP addresses.

Please refer to KUINS start guide in order to use KUINS for the first time in a newly started lab etc.
