Changing/Adding the Payment Item

To change your payment item from an educational fund to another including the Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKENHI) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, submit the Application Form of Large-Scale Computer Systems (*Japanese version only) by representing the necessary information. The User Account remains the same, but the Payment Code as KAKENHI will be newly issued.

Changing the Payment Item

To change your registration of Payment Item, complete the procedures for adding the payment item, and then proceed the necessary procedures as shown below:

Following either one of the manners below, you can change a payment item for use of the Service Course, such as the Group Course and the Personal Course:

Changing a Payment Item Via the User Portal

To change your registration of payment item, login to the User Portal as the payment manager using the user ID and password printed in the Notification of Registration of Payment Manager (*Japanese version only).

Changing a Payment Item by Submitting "Service Course Application Form"

To change your registration of payment item, please check "変更(Change)" box as the application category on the application form and submit the Service Course Application Form (*Japanese version only) online or send it to the address below. Please fill in the same registration information as the current registration including the group number and user ID which have already been issued.
