Management of the entrance and exit of rooms and buildings

Use as a member's card for the Kyoto University Co-op and use as electronic money (for Co-op members only)

Authentication IC Card

・President

・Directors

・Auditors

・Faculty and staff

(Persons to whom the university's work regulations apply)

・Faculty and staff employed for a special fixed term

(Faculty and staff employed for a special fixed term who are subject to the university's work regulations)

・Re-employed staff

(Persons reaching compulsory retirement age in accordance with Items 1 and 2, Article 22 of the university work regulations for faculty and staff)

・Faculty and staff employed for a fixed term

(Persons for whom the university's regulations on faculty and staff employed for a fixed term apply)

・Hourly employed faculty and staff

(Person for whom the university's regulations on hourly employed faculty and staff apply)

(However, adjunct lecturers from off campus, TAs, RAs, and OAs are excluded.)

・Persons whom the department head recognizes as needing an? Authentication IC?Card
