(macOS, iPad, iPhone) Cannot connect to KUINS-Air

If you have configured your settings using "Kyodai Rakuraku setting tool", you may not be able to connect to KUINS-Air due to the renewal of the certificate of the authentication server of KUINS-Air. Please delete the "Kyodai Rakuraku Setting tool" and try to setup to KUINS-Air in the normal way.

how to delete "Kyodai Rakuraku setting tool"

  • iPadiPhone

    delete Setting>General>VPN & Device Management>"Kyodai Rakuraku setting tool"

  • macOS

    delete System Preferences>profile>"Kyodai Rakuraku setting tool"

after deletion, please config using KUINS-Air manual
