Virtual terminal

When connecting to the VDI, "The reservation ID 'Res-****' '' is not ready when connecting to the VDI." is displayed and the connection cannot be made.

If you press the "Connect" button when using the VDI for a class or self-study appointment, the following error message may appear and you may not be able to connect to the VDI.

"The reservation ID 'Res-****''<user name>' is not ready. Please connect again after a while."

If this is the case, please try the following steps.

1.Select the radio button on the left side of the VDI you have reserved.
2. Click [Power Off] from the button displayed at the top of the screen(*1)
3. "May I turn off the selected reservation? then click "OK" and wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4. Select the radio button to the left of the VDI you have reserved.
5. Click on "Power On" from the button at the top of the screen.
6.1 to 3 minutes wait
7. Click on [Connect].

(*1) If the "Power Off" button is not displayed, log out of PandA and click the VDI link again to access the reservation screen.


If you are still unable to connect to your self-study reservation, or if your VDI status does not turn green after waiting more than 5 minutes, please try the following

8.Create a new reservation and click [Connect]. (*2)

(*2) The same error may appear even if you recreate the reservation, and we have confirmed that this will be resolved by making the reservation several times.
