SPS-ID (Accounts for Faculty and Staff) FAQ

Please submit your request for an extension of activation date to ICT Support Center. When you fill out a form, please let us know if you still have your SPS-ID account notification letter.

Please check that you are using the correct ID and password.

Please refer to the password guidelines here.

In order to access the Faculty and Staff Groupware (Garoon), you will need to activate your account and set your own password first.

You can activate your account on the Account Management page: https://sps.iimc.kyoto-u.ac.jp/

Please note that account activation process may take up to an hour.

We will re-issue an account notification letter. Please submit your request to ICT Support Center.

Please log in to the Faculty and Staff Groupware (Garoon) and try changing your password here.

Then try logging in to MyKULINE or KUMail with your new password half an hour after you have changed your password.
