Authentication System FAQ

ECS-ID(Accounts for Students)

I belong to a remote campus (Katsura/Uji/Kumatori) and forgot my password. Should I visit the ECS-ID help desk at Yoshida campus? Or is it possible to get a support by phone or e-mail?

You can apply for a new activation key to set a new password of ECS-ID at the ECS-ID help desk located in a remote campus as well.

Please visit your nearest help desk with your ID card or enrollment certification issued by the director of your department.

If you are staying in a remote place, you can also apply by post with a copy of your ID card or enrollment certification issued by the director of your department and an application form for New activation key enclosed.

Note that an application by phone or email is not accepted.
