By initializing and reconfiguring the settings, you can use TOTP again.
Please check the operation procedure and try to initialize.

Operation Procedure

1. Access to the Authentication Setting Page
2. Click "Click here if you have not initialized your one-time password (TOTP) yet."
   
3. Enter your SPS-ID and PW, and click the Login button.
   ⇒on the next screen, click "初期化" button.
   
4. After you see "メールを送信しました。", open the email that was sent to your email address.
   
   If you see "ヘルプデスク宛てに送信しました。", you should check here
   
5. Click the URL in the mail body , then enter your SPS-ID and PW
   on the screen that appears and click the "Login" button.
   
6. After seeing "ワンタイムパスワード認証の設定を初期化しました。", click the house shaped button
   on the right top.
   
7. Select "ワンタイムパスワード(トークン)"and click the select button.
   
8. Again click "Click here if you have not initialized your one-time password (TOTP) yet."
   
9. Click QR code scan button on the Authenticator and read the QR code.
   
10. Click the OK button on the dialog "*** 追加されました。" ⇒ Click the "登録" button.
    
11. Enter the TOTP displayed in the Authenticator and click the "確認" button.
    
12. When you see the message "ワンタイムパスワード認証の設定が完了しました。", you have done it.
    

In case you see the message "ヘルプデスク宛てに送信しました".

1. After you see the message "ヘルプデスク宛てに送信しました。",
   please give us iimc a phone call. ※Do NOT close the screen.

   then you should operate from step9 .

ワンタイムパスワード(TOTP)を表示させるアプリが手元にない場合は、事前に設定した通知用メールアドレスでワンタイムパスワード(OTP)を受け取ることが可能です。
通知用メールアドレスを設定されていない場合は、ヘルプデスク=情報環境支援センター宛に送信されるようになっていますので、総合窓口までご連絡ください(電話のみ対応可)。

以下の手順でOTPを受け取ってください

通知用メールアドレス登録済みの方

1. 京都大学統合認証システムのログイン画面にアクセスし、SPS-IDとパスワードを入力
2. ワンタイムパスワード入力画面にある「ログインできない方はこちらへ」をクリック
3. メール送信確認画面にある「Yes」をクリック※遷移後の画面は閉じないでください
4. 通知用メールアドレスからワンタイムパスワード(OTP)を確認
5. ワンタイムパスワード入力画面で、OTPを入力してログインボタンをクリック

通知用メールアドレス未登録の方

1. 京都大学統合認証システムのログイン画面にアクセスしてSPS-IDとパスワードを入力
2. ワンタイムパスワード入力画面にある「ログインできない方はこちらへ」をクリック
3. メール送信確認画面にある「Yes」をクリック※遷移後の画面は閉じないでください
4. 情報環境支援センターに電話して本人確認の上、ワンタイムパスワード(OTP)を確認
5. ワンタイムパスワード入力画面で、OTPを入力してログインボタンをクリック

You can register from the multi-factor authentication system settings page.

Operation Steps

1. Access the multi-factor authentication system settings page
2. the three-line menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen after logging in.
   
3. Clich " Account Setting "
4. Delete the e-mail address you see on the page.
   Input your own e-mail address you can login without TOTP .
   
   Do NOT input Faculty and Staff Mail( KUMail ) (@kyoto-u.ac.jp) !
5. Click the " 確認メール送信 " button.
6. If you can confirm receipt of the message with the e-mail address you registered above,
   click the " 更新 " button.
7. When you see the message " Setting has been completed." ,
   your e-mail address successfully set.
