The data management screen FAQ

In case where there is an error or shortage in information that can not be edited by the faculty, this is the screen where the person in charge of the general affairs office of your department can edit or input.

When you enter the data in the data management screen based on personnel information, the information of the human resource and payroll system also need to be changed. Please contact the personnel section after changing the data at the department end.

It's renewed in real time just after editing. Please be noted that the cancellation just before the operation are not accepted.
We recommend you to export the data before editing.
